    Job Purpose

    The role of Marketing Operations Manager is integral to the brand and supporting company directors in their vision of growth and global expansion.

    Based in our modern Manchester office and working across three brands, NADclinic, NADvape and NADdirect, you’ll work closely with the sales, marketing and in-clinic teams as well as our other interconnecting departments, brand partners and agencies to deliver first-class marketing campaigns and excellence in operational delivery.

    You’ll act as brand champion and guardian and lead in the day-to-day management of all things NADclinic. This is a “hands-on”, supporting role and the ideal candidate will be super organised, confident in prioritising their own workload and enjoy taking charge of completing tasks to a deadline.

    Working on brand activation campaigns, providing support to deliver on projects, collaborating with the design team to launch new products and clinic locations and coordinating the ongoing online & offline marketing campaigns, you’ll also be liaising with internal and external parties for approvals and ad hoc project management responsibilities.

    Our ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness and have extensive experience in a marketing operations or coordinator role, able to effortlessly organise with great attention to detail and thrive in a position dealing with people, processes and administration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
    • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of our brands
    • Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
    • Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
    • Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments (such as Marketing Manager, Digital Team, Sales Team)
    • Managing budgets
    • Organising offline events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots

    Candidate will be working from our Manchester office as the medical administrator for the London clinic.
    The successful candidate will:

    Undertake general office and reception duties.
    Co-ordinate with the London Clinic and be the back-office support for them.
    Speak with medical practitioners and action the work accordingly.
    Have the ability to act on own initiative while working under pressure.
    Interact with customers in a friendly manner and build rapport.
    Support colleagues and be a team player.

    This is a demanding role which requires a capable individual who is able to work under pressure.
    Career progression will be offered over a course of time as the company rapidly expands.
    Candidates with a medical background is a must.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the work operations of all clinical staff members, including in clinic and on all demand activities. Key focus on delivering planned procedures for all outcall IV infusions with nursing practitioners.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Planning day to day activity with nursing members
    Supervising a nurse shift rota
    Assigning work and supervising
    Protected health information and adherence to institutional safety practices.
    Establishing and maintaining policies, standards, and programs for the provision of optimal client care.
    Serves as a mentor to facilitate professional growth and job satisfaction of team members.
    Provides or facilitates continuing education and training opportunities for clinical staff.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree
    Clinical manager experience – Minimum 3-5 years
    Strong knowledge of the health care sector

    Must be able to analyze and resolve difficult or sensitive challenges by dealing with the facts
    Must resolve conflicts using constructive coaching techniques while providing team members with feedback that is timely, clear and appropriate
    Must support a positive environment in which team members participate, respect, and cooperate with each other in order to achieve desired results
    Must manage resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; must recognize and leverage team members’ skills and abilities
    Must set clear, meaningful, challenging and attainable goals and expectations that are aligned with the department and the organization

  • IV Pharmacist

    Salary: £45,000 – £50,000

    NADclinic is looking to fill a rare position for an IV Pharmacist. This candidate would be responsible for the day to day nursing activities, in-clinic and on-demand (outcall). As part of the medical team, you will fully assess patients to determine the appropriateness of therapy, high-risk medications, allergies, and other indications or interactions. Furthermore, you would collaborate with internal departments to deliver excellent care coordination with nursing staff and general practitioners.

    Responsibilities:

    Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations, and sterile compounding guidelines.
    Special circumstances accompany nursing practitioner on outcall visits
    Maintain all required IV documentation and clinical monitoring.
    Demonstrate thorough knowledge of prescriber/facility notification process for drug interaction.
    Perform accurate dose calculations based on medication, patient condition, volume and administration rates.
    Demonstrate thorough competency of medication occurrence reporting process.
    Have a deep understanding of independent lone work
    Pharmacy Policy and Procedure Manual and internal pharmacy policies and procedures.
    IV order processing only when technical support unavailable.
    Answer drug-related questions as related to IV therapy and management in a timely manner.
    Communicate with clinical staff regarding IV patient management.
    Maintain a current knowledge of infusion drugs and therapies, as well as infusion devices, products, and supplies.
    On-call duties as required.

    Qualifications:

    IV Experience preferred
    Pharmacist license
    Management experience preferred
    Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or higher

    Registered General Nurse (full time & part time roles available)

    Location: Central London (Harley Street District) and surrounding areas.

    Reports to Medical Director/Prescribing Nurses

    MUST have up to date training/certifications/work visa where applicable.

    The RGN nurses will play a vital role in aiding the growth of the company, working alongside management and completing all clinical duties to the highest of standards.

    Daily Duties will involve –

    • Deliver infusions via cannula seamlessly
    • Work alongside prescribing nurses/doctors
    • Deliver a high-end experience to all customers
    • Visit out call customers where requested
      • All applying candidates MUST have experience in cannulae and some knowledge of IV infusions.

        Further training will be provided.

        Salary offered is £25,000 per year with further incentives available dependent on experience & working hours.
