From the reception staff, to each nurse administering the NAD+, everyone was warm, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been suffering from post viral/ chronic fatigue for nearly a year before I had my course of NAD+. I have not slept this well in years, I have more energy than ever and my brain fog is gone.
