If you scan the barcode on your NAD+ vial and find that it is not authentic, we recommend taking the following steps immediately:

Do Not Use the Product: For your safety, refrain from using any NAD+ vial that cannot be verified as authentic through our barcode system. The integrity and efficacy of unverified products cannot be guaranteed.

Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Provide them with details of the purchase, including where and when you obtained the vial, and any relevant order information. This will help us investigate the source of the unauthenticated product.
