I normally get 4 to 5 hours of sleep during night and I get exhausted after a days work. While at work, I always feel sleepy and yawning all the time in mid afternoon. When I get home I feel so tired that I will sleep for an hour to get a little rest.
Since I had NAD drip , I felt that I have enough energy for the whole day. I still yawn in the afternoon but I feel that I have more energy to get me through the day. My wife notice it and told me that I don’t complain of exhaustion and I don’t take a short nap anymore.
