\u6c34\u5e73\u5982\u4f55\u4e0e\u5934\u8111\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u76f8\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u505a\u51fa\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u6539\u53d8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f NAD+\uff1f<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nadclinic.com\/zh\/what-is-nad\/#:~:text=NAD%2B%20is%20a%20critical%20coenzyme,processes%20by%20regulating%20cellular%20function.\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (\u70df\u9170\u80fa\u817a\u560c\u5464\u4e8c\u6838\u82f7\u9178\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u8f85\u9176\uff0c\u51e0\u4e4e\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u4eba\u4f53\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u4e2a\u6d3b\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5fc3\u810f\u3001\u5927\u8111\u3001\u808c\u8089\u548c\u80ba\u90e8\u3002\u5b83\u5728\u80fd\u91cf\u4ea7\u751f\u3001DNA \u4fee\u590d\u548c\u7ef4\u6301\u7ec6\u80de\u5065\u5eb7\u529f\u80fd\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b83\u5728\u4ea7\u751f\u7ec6\u80de\u80fd\u91cf\u548c\u8c03\u8282\u7761\u7720\/\u89c9\u9192\u5468\u671f\u7684\u663c\u591c\u8282\u5f8b\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u968f\u7740\u5e74\u9f84\u7684\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nadclinic.com\/zh\/nad-decline-significantly-higher-in-middle-aged\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u4e0b\u964d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u8ba4\u77e5\u80fd\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u3001\u75b2\u52b3\u548c\u60c5\u7eea\u5931\u8c03\u3002\u4fdd\u6301\u4f53\u5185\u5145\u8db3\u7684 NAD+ \u53ef\u4fdd\u62a4\u7ec6\u80de\u514d\u53d7\u7ebf\u7c92\u4f53\u529f\u80fd\u53d7\u635f\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u5e94\u6fc0\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u5bf9\u5927\u8111\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u5bf9\u7ef4\u6301\u5927\u8111\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u652f\u6301\u795e\u7ecf\u9012\u8d28\u7684\u4ea7\u751f\uff0c\u800c\u795e\u7ecf\u9012\u8d28\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8111\u7ec6\u80de\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u4ea4\u6d41\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002NAD+ \u8fd8\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4fdd\u62a4\u795e\u7ecf\u5143\u514d\u53d7\u635f\u4f24\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8ba4\u77e5\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u4f18\u5316\u548c\u601d\u7ef4\u7684\u6e05\u6670\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5173\u6ce8\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff1f<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u662f\u6574\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u7167\u987e\u597d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u9996\u8981\u4efb\u52a1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u91cd\u89c6\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u81ea\u6211\u4fdd\u5065\u548c\u6b63\u5ff5\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5173\u6ce8\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u539f\u56e0\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li 400\">\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u590d\u6742\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8bf1\u56e0\u591a\u79cd\u591a\u6837\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u9057\u4f20\u503e\u5411\u3001\u8377\u5c14\u8499\u6ce2\u52a8\u548c\u73af\u5883\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u4e0b\u964d\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5206\u5b50\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u6301\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u5927\u8111\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u80fd\u91cf\u6c34\u5e73\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u4f53\u5185\u7684 NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u5931\u8861\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u4f1a\u7ecf\u5386\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u60c5\u7eea\u548c\u8377\u5c14\u8499\u53d8\u5316\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u4e0e\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u8054\u7cfb<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/nadclinic.com\/zh\/world-mental-health-day-how-nad-therapy-can-help-with-stress-depression-and-anxiety\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u4f4e\u4e0e\u6291\u90c1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u964d\u4f4e\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5927\u8111\u80fd\u91cf\u751f\u6210\u53d7\u635f\u3001\u6c27\u5316\u5e94\u6fc0\u548c\u708e\u75c7\u3002\u8fd9\u53cd\u8fc7\u6765\u53c8\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u60c5\u7eea\u5931\u8c03\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5728\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e2d\u8865\u5145\u6216\u5f15\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u7684 NAD+ \u53ef\u5e2e\u52a9\u7f13\u89e3\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u5b83\u8fd8\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u652f\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5927\u8111\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6574\u4f53\u80fd\u91cf\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u4f4e\u7684\u8ff9\u8c61<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u4f4e\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u8ff9\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\u6162\u6027\u75b2\u52b3\u3001\u8111\u96fe\u3001\u8bb0\u5fc6\u529b\u95ee\u9898\u548c\u60c5\u7eea\u6ce2\u52a8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8fd9\u4e9b\u75c7\u72b6\u4f1a\u5bf9\u60a8\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u6574\u4f53\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u4ea7\u751f\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u51fa\u73b0\u8fd9\u4e9b\u75c7\u72b6\uff0c\u5c31\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u60a8\u7684 NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u65b9\u9762\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u53ef\u7acb\u5373\u6539\u5584\u5927\u8111\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u5934\u8111\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6670\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Optima
