400\">\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u6210\u763e\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e0e\u9157\u9152\u548c\u5438\u70df\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u90fd\u4e0e\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u4e2d\u67a2\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u51fa\u73b0\u8001\u5e74\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u98df\u7269\u4e0a\u763e\u662f\u4eba\u4eec\u8f83\u5c11\u8c08\u53ca\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4\u80a5\u80d6\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0e\u4e0a\u763e\u884c\u4e3a\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5bf9\u53d1\u75c5\u7387\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u6709\u7740\u6df1\u8fdc\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6574\u4f53\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span 400\">\u4e0a\u763e\u4f1a\u52ab\u6301\u5927\u8111\u4e2d\u7684\u5956\u8d4f\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u5bf9\u98df\u7269\u3001\u5438\u70df\u3001\u6bd2\u54c1\u6216\u9152\u7cbe\u4e0a\u763e\u7684\u4eba\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7ecf\u5386\u540c\u6837\u7684\u5956\u8d4f\u3001\u6212\u65ad\u548c\u968f\u540e\u7684\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6d88\u8d39\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u6210\u763e\u5bf9\u5927\u8111\u4ea7\u751f\u957f\u671f\u800c\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u8868\u73b0\u5728\u4e09\u4e2a\u4e0d\u540c\u65b9\u9762\uff1a\u5bf9\u6210\u763e\u5bf9\u8c61\u7684\u6e34\u671b\u3001\u5bf9\u4f7f\u7528\u6210\u763e\u5bf9\u8c61\u5931\u53bb\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e0d\u987e\u4e0d\u826f\u540e\u679c\u7ee7\u7eed\u6c89\u8ff7\u4e8e\u6210\u763e\u5bf9\u8c61\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.helpguide.org\/harvard\/how-addiction-hijacks-the-brain.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u54c8\u4f5b\u5065\u5eb7\u300b\u6587\u7ae0<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u76ee\u524d\u5173\u4e8e\u6210\u763e\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u7406\u8bba\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\"\u6839\u636e\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6210\u763e\u7406\u8bba\uff0c\u591a\u5df4\u80fa\u4e0e\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\u795e\u7ecf\u9012\u8d28\u8c37\u6c28\u9178\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u63a5\u7ba1\u4e86\u5927\u8111\u4e0e\u5956\u8d4f\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u7cfb\u7edf\u3002\u8be5\u7cfb\u7edf\u5728\u7ef4\u6301\u751f\u547d\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u5c06\u4eba\u7c7b\u751f\u5b58\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u5982\u996e\u98df\u548c\u6027\u7231\uff09\u4e0e\u5feb\u4e50\u548c\u5956\u8d4f\u8054\u7cfb\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5927\u8111\u4e2d\u7684\u5956\u8d4f\u56de\u8def\u5305\u62ec\u4e0e\u52a8\u673a\u3001\u8bb0\u5fc6\u548c\u5feb\u611f\u6709\u5173\u7684\u533a\u57df\u3002\u6210\u763e\u7269\u8d28\u548c\u884c\u4e3a\u4f1a\u523a\u6fc0\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u56de\u8def\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4f7f\u5176\u8d85\u8d1f\u8377\"\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u6210\u763e\u4e0d\u80fd\u5f52\u548e\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u6210\u763e\u4e0e\u8bb8\u591a\u56e0\u7d20\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8bb8\u591a\u662f\u751f\u7269\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5148\u5929\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u73b0\u5728\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6210\u763e\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5e76\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c31\u66f4\u52a0\u5f3a\u8c03\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span 400\">\u9274\u4e8e\u52a0\u5f3a\u9884\u9632\u548c\u6210\u529f\u6cbb\u7597\u6210\u763e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u9700\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0e\u6210\u763e\u884c\u4e3a\u6709\u5173\u7684\u65b0\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u5404\u79cd\u5b9e\u9a8c\u65b9\u6cd5\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u8865\u5145\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u7684 NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e26\u6765\u76ca\u5904\uff0c\u5e76\u663e\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u763e\u7684\u590d\u53d1\u7387\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">NAD+ \u6cbb\u7597\u6210\u763e<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u5bf9 NAD+ \u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cNAD+ \u4ee3\u8c22\u7684\u6210\u5206\u548c\u4f9d\u8d56 NAD \u7684\u9176\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f71\u54cd\u4e0e\u6210\u763e\u795e\u7ecf\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4fe1\u53f7\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u8865\u5145 NAD+ \u6c34\u5e73\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u79cd\u6574\u4f53\u65b9\u6cd5\u6765\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u6210\u763e\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6210\u763e\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6e34\u6c42\u548c\u6212\u65ad\u75c7\u72b6--\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u9157\u9152\u3001\u5438\u70df\u3001\u996e\u98df\u8fd8\u662f\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u5438\u6bd2\u3002\u65e2\u7136\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u91cd\u83b7\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u60a8\u5c31\u6ca1\u6709\u7406\u7531\u7ee7\u7eed\u88ab\u56f0\u5728\u8fd9\u79cd\u65e0\u4f11\u6b62\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u4e2d\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
