Iain is the founder and global CEO of the NADclinic Group. Iain's passion is holistic health & wellness innovation, and optimising human performance. Entrepreneur Iain set up the NADclinic Group after first being introduced to NAD+IV as an alternative therapy for executive burn out and alcohol detox at a rehabilitation centre he co-founded in Spain. Later, spending much time in South Africa & the US researching NAD+ he discovered the myriad of other amazing health benefits provided by NAD+IV. Through his own extensive research and later via an introduction to the work of Dr David Sinclair, Iain focused on better understanding cellular optimisation, including personalising longevity protocols and reversing the physical effects of ageing. Subsequently he teamed up with the original South African pioneers of NAD+ IV. The NADclinic brand was launched in 2018. Today the footprint has grown exponentially, with an expansive clinical partnership network in Europe, as well as several GMP production facilities, and satellite fulfilment hubs located in key geo locations globally. Iain plans to launch the NADclinic brand and range of products in the GCC, Asia & the US markets in 2023.

Yuqi leads the company's business operations as group COO, executing NADclinic's business strategy and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to joining the NADclinic team Yuqi enjoyed a long and distinguished career in financial services within the UK banking and fintech sector. Her move to the field of holistic wellness and functional medicine came after encountering founder Iain De Havilland and trying NAD+ IV Therapy herself. Yuqi's new mission and ultimate passion is to introduce and educate people around the world to NAD+ and its amazing health benefits.

Yuqi's responsibilities extend beyond the UK with her being a director in both the Asia and African operations, as well as a stakeholder in the NADclinic Global group. Yuqi is particularly focused on driving NADclinic’s brand awareness in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Asia. Yuqi is a native Mandarin Speaker and also fluent in English.

Kaifeng is an entrepreneur and business advisor, who has over 15 years of experience as a strategy consultant. He has spent most of his career with McKinsey & Company, where he became an expert in strategy development, digital innovation and customer experience. He was one of the leaders at Digital McKinsey in London. At McKinsey, Kaifeng gained extensive experience working in Western Europe, Middle East and Asia. Kaifeng holds a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School and a Master degree in Engineering (MEng) from University of Cambridge.

Takuya is the head of New Business in Japan for NADclinic. Takuya currently lives in Japan and runs his own consumer facing mobile application called CASHb as CEO. Takuya built experiences for over 2 decades in the retail and consumer product industry as a manager for a global management consulting company and as a VP for a global marketing company in Japan. In the past, Takuya lived in the United States for 7 years in total as a university and post graduate student specializing in business. 
Based on his professional and educational experiences, he has built understanding of businesses with great level of international aspects.
Takuya’s role for NADclinic is to develop new businesses in Japan. Takuya is a native Japanese speaker and also meets business level English skills.

Dr. Kohler is a double board-certified Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeon (Germany and Switzerland) and has a distinguished career in medicine. He has won several prices over the past years like the ICOPLAST Award of Excellence, the DGPRÄC Fellowship and the ISAPS Fellowship. Throughout his career, he has studied and worked in in Germany, Switzerland, South Africa, Italy and the US with renowned experts to gather an excellent reputation. After many years of clinical work, he decided to open a holistic concept in well-aging medicine, LVATE, which opens its doors in March in the city centre in Munich. We are delighted to introduce him as the new Chief Medical Officer in Europe and LVATE as a key partner for NADClinic. Together we will look for strong and legitimate partners throughout Europe to secure high qualiy standards for our patients.

Alexander began his post secondary education in Chemical Engineering, graduating from McGill University. Alex completed training in Acupuncture and Massage Therapy at Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Pharmacology (Tokyo Branch) while spending 7 years in Japan studying martial arts. This program was followed by a 2 year apprenticeship with Matsumoto Acupuncture Research Group (PBA - Palpation Based Acupuncture) and a 1 year apprenticeship in Shiatsu and Tuina massage therapy. In 2000 Alexander returned to Calgary and completed a further 2 years study at Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He was an Alberta Health and Wellness Board Certified Acupuncturist and practiced Chinese and nutritional medicine for 7 years in Calgary in private practice as well as having taught at Alberta College of Acupuncture and TCM before moving his practice to Ontario in 2008 and registering with CTCMPAO (College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario) where he practiced in the multi-disciplinary Anello Clinic in Cambridge, until relocating to Tokyo in September 2021. He has practiced integrative medicine for the last 15 years with a focus on NAD+ and it's precursors and how they effect cellular energy metabolism and mental health. He is the author of 4 papers for the Journal of Orthomolecular Medicine and is a member of the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine (ISOM) and the Japanese Society of Orthomolecular Medicine (JSOM) Ambassador and Research Director. He now works for NAD Clinic as Chief Science Officer (Tokyo) and with Organic Science as a product development officer.

Areas of knowledge & expertise include: NAD, Orthomolecular Nutrition, IV nutrients, PBA Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Yoga, Japanese language and culture.

Dr. med. Joachim Ahlers, MD MMA, is the medical director of the Competence and Infusion Center Zurich, offering a panoramic view of the stunning Lake Zurich. In addition to overseeing the center, Dr. Ahlers serves as a private personal physician, catering to High Performers and renowned personalities worldwide, including the USA, UK, Cayman Islands, UAE, Asia, Latin America, and beyond, alongside the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region.

Dr. Ahlers pursued his education at prestigious universities in England, Germany, Switzerland, and Spain, earning his doctorate with a focus on Cannabis and ADHS. Apart from holding a Master of Medical Administration, specializing in Micronutrient Therapy and Regulatory Medicine, he possesses numerous integrative medical certifications and is recognized as an expert in Metal Toxicology.

As an internist and specialist in General Internal Medicine, Dr. Ahlers also serves as a senior on-site emergency physician and provides medical support to the Zurich Cantonal Police. Additionally, he has previously managed two medical centers in Switzerland. Acting as a bridge between conventional medicine and scientifically oriented Integrative Medicine, Dr. Ahlers is highly regarded as a valued partner, networker, and the new Swiss Medical Director for NADClinic.

Dr Biser Pukalski joins our London medical team after almost 5 years supporting NADclinic’s extended medical partner network in Europe. He trained as a consultant in specialist surgery at Pleven Medical University, Bulgaria, having first graduating from medical school in 1988. Dr Pukalski proudly completed twenty-eight years of military service, which included single-handedly leading surgical teams in fifteen military missions. He also served as a medical representative to the general physician community in New Jersey, USA. Most recently, he has been working in private practice. Dr Pukalski has extensive experience and expertise in phlebotomy procedure, cannulation, pharmacy procedures, and is an expert in NAD+ IV infusion therapy and mitochondrial health.

Specialist for psychotherapy and weight loss. Birgit has 39 years of experience in different medical fields, including oncology, geriatrics and psychology. She works part-time in her own clinic for weight loss, nutrition and plant-based medicine and believes physical and mental health always go hand in hand. Birgit developed different approaches to boost the metabolism and empty fat cells through injection therapy.

Leona was born and raised in Germany. Through her mother, she found her passion in medicine early on, then completed medical training in Germany. For eight years she worked in Oncology as a flying nurse and visited patients all over the world, when she decided to expand her field of expertise and specialized in infusions and complementary treatments in New York, USA. Leona has two clinics for holistic health and performance optimization in Braunschweig and Hamburg in Germany.

Dr. Davis has operated a research and production facility for complementary medicines for the past 12 years, with a key focus on enhancing metabolic pathways.

His father, Will Davis, was a physician specialist with a special interest in metabolic diseases, and developed the magnesium supplement Slow Mag in the 1970s, which was later sold to Merck and remains a popular supplement around the world to this day.

In 2014, Dr. Davis started experimenting with the application of medicines and supplements through the airways using newly-introduced vaping devices. He developed several proprietary technologies in the field of alternative medicine and is a key member of NADclinic SA.

Sydney Grove is General Manager of NADclinicSA and is a nurse practitioner with over 40 years of experience, during which he has pioneered many processes, procedures and products. His qualifications include a diploma in occupational health nursing, an advanced university diploma in nursing education, and a BA Curationis Post Graduate Degree in Nursing Education and Health Service Management. 

His extensive nursing career has seen him fill roles from training to nursing manager, unit manager, hospital media spokesperson, training and development manager and hospital COO. He has also overseen hospital commissioning, accreditation and related training. 

He received a South African Samaritan Award for his assistance on site at the 1998 Planet Hollywood explosion in Cape Town.

Charmaine Pandya is a Mind Coach & Trainer. She works on the fundamentals of behaviour, using NLP (Neuro- Linguistic Programming), Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Ego State Therapy tools and techniques which work at the deeper level giving faster and long-lasting results. Charmaine coaches globally with clients in Singapore, India, Indonesia, UAE, UK, Europe, and the US.

Charmaine spent the first 20 years of her career in media, marketing, and business development. Her global experience comes from working in India, UK, Europe, and Singapore.

Gustav Coetzee works as an external scientific advisor and researcher for NADclinic. He holds a BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, and an Honors degree in Microbiology (Detection and quantification of antibiotic resistance genes). He is specialized within the area of mitochondrial medicine and Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.

Monique is a bubbly and caring staff member who always caters to our clients’ individual needs. Monique joined NAD clinic in 2019 and has been a firm favourite with our clients ever since. Monique has extensive experience in Clinical and Alternative Medicine. Her interests are within integrated/alternative medicine and therapies. During her experience she has covered a wide range of areas within nursing across the public and private sector.

Paula has graduated with a first-class degree in midwifery. She has transitioned from working in the NHS into private healthcare due to her strong interest in holistic health and natural therapies. In 2018 she was awarded the student midwife of the year (Third place) award for her outstanding care. Paula is always self motivated and passionate about providing outstanding care to all of our clientele.

Andrew, aged 57, holds an honours degree in Accounting and Finance and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Andrew has experience as a consultant and director to private and listed companies. He has a broad range of knowledge in finance and accounting matters including accounts reports, budgets, forecasting, company secretarial responsibilities, dealing with external advisors, and HMRC for both private and listed enterprises.

Owen is a dynamic and professional legal counsel with wide ranging experience in fields as diverse as nutraceuticals to commercial property, and insurance to VR technology including full patent litigation.  Previously, Owen was a member of the Bar Council for over 10 years and in addition to writing monthly legal columns for magazines and newspapers he has co-authored 3 legal texts.   Owen regularly presents courses for expert witnesses and is a qualifying assessor for the Civil Mediation Council. In his spare time, Owen enjoys travelling, sailing, skiing and swimming.

DK Miao’s postgraduate study is actuarial science and has working experience in 7 finance areas. DK is responsible for defining NADclinic’s project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Collating and summarising financial information in a clear format for the teams (UK & China) to analyse and draw conclusions from supporting multiple business units with data collection, report generation, variance analysis, and data quality monitoring. She supports multiple business units in the areas of requirements definition, requirements documentation, test case documentation. She also creates and updates project documentation such as project plans, spreadsheets, status reports, and presentations; developing modelling/analytics capability and applying this to clients to develop real ideas and maximise the impact.

Tasha is a highly organised and motivated HR & Operational Manager. Her responsibilities include client liaison, staff training and development, implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing daily operations of the clinic and back office. Natasha is consistently working each day to improve all aspects of the business to further the company's goals. Natasha has a background working in a Functional Medicine Laboratory and as a pharmacy technician so is used to working in regulated CQC environments. She adds quality and safety to our London clinic. 

Qi is an energetic and highly ambitious clinic administration manager. Her responsibilities are far- ranging, including general administration, diary management, client liaison, and managing any regulatory affairs. Her role also encompasses management of health records, and patient administration, and liaising between doctors and nurses. Qi is also responsible for facilitating the locating, retrieving, tracking and delivering of patients' health records and case notes. She also assists in training new clinic staff to use patient information systems.

Qi is fundamental to the NADclinic admin team being responsible for a small team of back-office staff as well as maintaining our administration system, referrals and record keeping. She also acts as a critical point of contact for both clinical staff and clients, and is a fully qualified Phlebotomist. Qi is a native mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
